Enhancements & Improvements

iOS app updates

iOS 4.13.31–4.13.35 We've upgraded foundational aspects of the app to make it more stable and performant across many areas. Your photo library now appears faster when selecting photos to upload, and everyday tasks like launching, browsing, and auto-backup are smoother and more dependable.

Android app updates

Android 4.13.11 brings improved app image caching  for a smoother, more consistent browsing experience.

Android 4.13.12 is a library improvements experience, including smarter upload handling and clearer status updates. Now, getting your photos onto SmugMug feels smoother and more reliable.

Android 4.13.13 — Now there is a fresh new app icon and logo throughout the app, including the login screen, splash screen, and notification prompts.

Windows uploader updates

Updated Windows Desktop App – available for direct download from SmugMug.

Bug Fixes

Custom folder and gallery improvements.  We've made custom folders and galleries more reliable, so your settings apply the way you intend and your content displays exactly as you arranged it across the Customizer and your live site.

Subscription receipt viewing restored. Some customers experienced a temporary issue accessing their 2025 or 2026 subscription receipts. This issue resolved itself and receipts are fully accessible again.
